We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within a reasonable period of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@selonestudio.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We recommend returning your item and placing a new order separately. This is the fastest way to get the right piece.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection regulations. The same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
